Yoga and Pilates

I'm not a fan of hot yoga. In fact, I hate it. I will not do it if you offer me a free membership. However, I love regular Yoga and Pilates. Yesterday I took a yoga class and today I spiced it up with Pilates. I like Pilates a little bit more than yoga because it's a little faster and a lot of abs! <3 As you all know, I'm working on my flexibility right now, so yoga is very beneficial. I want to share a few pictures with you of my yoga accomplishments.

Im very proud of my skill and it is a lot easier to do than it looks. I start from downward dog, but on my elbows (as you can see) and walk my hands to my feet as close as I can. It's all abs so no need to push yourself up, slowly lift your legs with the strength of your core and find your balance in the air. Try next to a wall at first and see how well you can hold your balance up and continue practicing until you can stand on your own!

Here is a video I just made at home, sorry for the lighting issue, it's raining outside today..

Hopefully this video works :)

As always

Stay Classy My Friends <3

Icelandic Adventures

The Land of Ice awaits my arrival. Or so, I hope. I have dreamt of this for a long time. I'm so beyond excited to explore, yet another country. In just 11 short days, I will be getting on the plane, to depart for Iceland. I have so many things on my list that I would love to see, but so little time. With only 7 full days there, I'm torn to have to pick and choose which places I will have to miss this time. This trip is filled with exciting activities I've never done. I will be talking about each activity in a separate post after I experience it.  Iceland offers some of the most spectacular sceneries: endless waterfalls, volcanos, icebergs, farm houses, natural lagoons/hot-springs, ice caves just to name a few.  I’m also excited for the weather change. To wear a jacket, and gloves and a hat. Living in Florida for the passed 10 months made me really appreciate a little bit of that crisp air. I have been wearing nothing but dresses, so I’m excited for some la...

Traveling...

I love traveling. I love exploring what this world has to offer to me. 2 years ago I went to Europe. Visited my home country Estonia. Also stopped my Stockholm and London.  Today I'll share some of the pictures I took in Sweden.  Sweden was one of the most beautiful places I have yet seen. The part I visited was surrounded by water. It seemed as if the whole city is just sitting on top of the water.  The weather wasn't the greatest, as you could tell from the picture, but it was still a great experience. I also visited the Queen's castle, which was under construction, however I managed to snap a good enough picture  Im not sure what this building was but it was right next to the castle and looked really great so I snapped a picture of it as well Everything seemed as it's made out of gold. For example this was a random bank in downtown. It looks as if it's the castle it self. A cute park in downtown Stockhol...

The Gamble of Packing

It's been a minute, or two. Oh wait, it's been over two months! I have been traveling around Europe, as I promised, and this experience has been so absolutely amazing.  Before I left, I did a little bit of research on traveling, but definitely not enough. I saw the phrase 'Pack Light' a million times. But how do I pack light for 3 months? Especially knowing that the weather will be anywhere between 55/rain and 100/humid. I have never experienced that much of a difference in climate, in such short period of time, therefore I was so overwhelmed with packing, that I just kept on putting everything in the bag.  By the time it was time to leave, my bag was around 35 pounds. But wait, I also decided that I need a rolling bag, which was around 11 pounds, and a small backpack around 4 pounds. So here I am with 50 pounds in my back , without a single clue of what I'm getting myself into. Within the first week I was ready to ditch 20 pounds of clothes because I rea...
