Day off...

Even though today is my day off, it definitely will not be a day of doing nothing. Since I have been sick, I've been putting off so many things. Ill start my day with a delicious cup of coffee, just to wake up. I got yoga at 12 followed by a bunch or errands.
It's been a while since I've done yoga. For the passed month I have been going to this dance studio, and I loved it. If it would only fit my schedule with school and work I would keep going. Here is a picture of one of the moves we did.

If you want to get in shape, and you have tried all the regular exercises, I would recommend trying something your muscles never tried before. I was sore everyday, after every class. So worth it tho.

I want to learn to do splits and have been doing a few exercises from youtube videos, that I thought were helpful. Unfortunately I don't have time to practice as much as I should and want to, so it will probably take me forever. But when the day arrives I will make sure to update a picture with my results.

One of my fav videos is:

And also if booty is what you're working on here are two of my fav's:

I must say the second one, with Tiffany, is a great one. She is super energetic and it's a quick on a "go" set of exercises that will not take more than 15 min, unless of course you chose to go longer.

Find your motivation, don't give up, keep going!

Here is what motivates me

I look at pictures and quotes, make them into a collage, and then save it on my screen! This is one of them, I have many more!

Have a great Thursday,
and remember

The South Coast of Iceland

Iceland! The land of so much more than ice. Volcanoes, canyons, countless waterfalls and wind that will blow you away, literally. Although the ice was practically non-existent, or at least the parts of the country that I encountered. The one place we did find ice it was absolutely, without a doubt, my favorite part of the trip. Never have I ever seen that kind of beauty. It’s a different kind of beauty than, say Bali (which is definitely my favorite place on earth), yet it was magical. The views were absolutely stunning. Something that didn’t even make sense to me was these huge blocks of ice we saw. They have been there for hundreds of years, and have never melted away. However, it’s not freezing and there is no snow. The water isn’t frozen! I’m so curious about how and why this is even possible? The ice was literally blue! So unreal.   Follow me on instagram for more images  @laasbella Stop number one: Diamond Beach Stop number two: Glacier Lagoon Diamond ...

Icelandic Adventures

The Land of Ice awaits my arrival. Or so, I hope. I have dreamt of this for a long time. I'm so beyond excited to explore, yet another country. In just 11 short days, I will be getting on the plane, to depart for Iceland. I have so many things on my list that I would love to see, but so little time. With only 7 full days there, I'm torn to have to pick and choose which places I will have to miss this time. This trip is filled with exciting activities I've never done. I will be talking about each activity in a separate post after I experience it.  Iceland offers some of the most spectacular sceneries: endless waterfalls, volcanos, icebergs, farm houses, natural lagoons/hot-springs, ice caves just to name a few.  I’m also excited for the weather change. To wear a jacket, and gloves and a hat. Living in Florida for the passed 10 months made me really appreciate a little bit of that crisp air. I have been wearing nothing but dresses, so I’m excited for some la...

Traveling...

I love traveling. I love exploring what this world has to offer to me. 2 years ago I went to Europe. Visited my home country Estonia. Also stopped my Stockholm and London.  Today I'll share some of the pictures I took in Sweden.  Sweden was one of the most beautiful places I have yet seen. The part I visited was surrounded by water. It seemed as if the whole city is just sitting on top of the water.  The weather wasn't the greatest, as you could tell from the picture, but it was still a great experience. I also visited the Queen's castle, which was under construction, however I managed to snap a good enough picture  Im not sure what this building was but it was right next to the castle and looked really great so I snapped a picture of it as well Everything seemed as it's made out of gold. For example this was a random bank in downtown. It looks as if it's the castle it self. A cute park in downtown Stockhol...
