Summer body tips by Lala Koala

Summer is creeping up so quick. I can't believe it is already almost april! It feels like New Years Eve was just last week!!!! I have been doing a lot of research of different work outs and "diets". By diet, I don't mean just a month of diet. What I mean is changing a lifestyle and nutritional plan.
I'm the worst eater. I hate most of the veggies. I can literally name you veggies I will eat in 20 seconds. My list is that short. However, I have been forcing myself to learn to like new things. In order to do that, I cook them. I start with frying. Unfortunately the vegetable looses all the nutrients by that stage and becomes irrelevant for the diet, but that is how I get used to the new taste. For example: the other day my roommate gets home and says "You must try this fried cauliflower!!!" I said EW, cauliflower? I hate cauliflower. She goes on and says she hates it too but her friend forced her one time to try fried version and she loved it. So I picked the smallest piece I could find and tried it! It was surprisingly very good! I would actually order a side of it on my own!

I decided to fry the veggie I don't like to develop some kinda of a taste for them. Eventually I can switch to steaming the veggies, which is a lot healthier than frying.

Another way to add more veggies to the diet is to juice. A friend of mine always juices veggies, which has inspired me to do the same.

What has motivated me more than anything though, is following a few people of instagram. People who post quotes, different ideas for healthy eating, delicious looking fruit pictures, variety of exercises and of course HOT HOT HOT pictures of female and male bodies. If you're looking for motivation you will definitely find it by following @getmydreanbody @tonedtannedandfitness

Now go get your life on track and get ready for summer <3

To date or not to date...

I missed this weekend of blogging due to my crazy schedule. My weekends are no where near the actual weekends. It always seems to be the busiest days out of the week for me.  Let me start of by saying I am about to tell you my "Carrie Bradshaw" story. If you know me, you already know my story, if you don't...Well... long story short: got dumped, had my heart shattered to a million, maybe ever three million, tiny pieces, hopeless, heartless, loveless... you get the point. Because of that I was forced to start these new discoveries of how I can make myself happy now. It's taking me a while to realize what I really want, who I really am, and who I really want to be. With these question I'm learning a lot about myself. Recently I started reading a book called "Date like a Man", the book isn't about just dating; it is about discovering the things I have been trying to about myself for the passed 3 months. This book has many little self discovering ...

Try something new...Something Different... Something outside your comfort zone...

While I'm building my future in film career, I got into modeling to get me a started. I never thought I can model, but that's because I made decisions on a front end of a task... As soon as I changed that many doors opened for me. Just remember, Its not about how you feel about it on front end, its how you feel about it after. Don't make decisions on a front end of a challenge, think of it whether it was worth it or not  when you're done with it.

Facebook world....

I wanted to let you all know that I do not have a Facebook and hoping that eventually all of my friends from there will discover this blog. The reason I deleted is was because it has become a negative, commercial web site where people complain (and I was one of them) about anything and everything and advertise too many things I don't care about. I want to live a happy life and enjoy every moment of it, and deleting Facebook has worked for me so far. I find myself complaining less about things, I shouldn't be complaining about in the first place. However, I do love my pictures and Im on Instagram @laasbella, so please follow me there for more photo updates. According to my own study, I have also confirmed (by asking people who still do use Facebook) that the only reason we post things on Facebook is to make people feel "sorry" for you or to get people jealous of what you're doing. Don't get me wrong, Im also guilty here because I did that PLENTY of times......
