I know you love it ....

...when I share motivating tips with you. Honestly, nothing motivates me more than success/successful stories and motivating tips. Regardless of the subject, we all need a "push" sometimes.  I have always been active, but in the last couple of months I started taking working out seriously. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week, and I have a designated day for legs/butt, arm/chest, full body and of course abs. I have never really had a program before, I used to go to the gym, do whatever feels right and leave.  Today I will share my work out with you, keep in mind it does change, sometimes I add new workouts, sometimes I take classes, and sometimes I get trainers who show me something more effective. Before I continue with exercises, I want to tell you that I'm not alone on this fitness journey, and if you have someone who will motivate you and pick you up, get in pairs or groups, makes it much easier to reach your goal.  We also started a fitness page on instagram and

Hiking Trails...

This summer I had a lot of free time and I dedicated a lot of it to exploring the surrounding areas. I love hiking and seeing what nature has to offer. I went to a few hikes in Malibu beach, Laguna Beach and even Arizona.  The hikes I did were not hard, so if you're a beginner, those would be perfect. So here is the first one. This hike was in Malibu.  Its called E scondido Falls and in case you want to explore yourself the  address is Escondido Canyon Trail  Malibu, CA 90265. This hike was fairly easy however, it requires some climbing uphill and a little rock climbing.  The next one is This one is called Malibu Rock Pool and the address for this one is  1925 Las Virgenes Rd Agoura ,  CA   91376 The second hike was a little easier to get to the water. It is about a mile from the road and the path is easy.  Now we are going to go south, to Laguna Beach. The First hike is called  Top of the World

Getting back into it...

Hell my fellow followers and friends. I have been out of touch for the longest time, but I never stopped thinking about my blog. I have so many great subjects to talk about, and I can't wait to share them with you. First and foremost, I want to thank everyone for still visiting my page even when I wasn't updating it. It's so amazing to see the page views grow daily! Second I will be adding some new subjects, like health and health issues, to my blog. And lastly I will reverse the time back a little so I can tell you about my amazing summer and it's adventures! So I want to start by sharing my first experience bungee jumping! My friend wanted to do that for her birthday and I never really had the wish to go bungee...But I changed my mind almost last minute and decided to go! OH MY GOD, let me tell you, the adrenaline rush is UNREAL! If you ever have a chance to do it, trust me you will not regret! It takes some commitment to jump, but if you just force your mind t

Motivation tips by Lala Koala

I wanted to blog about something good, something interesting to the world, something valuable. I was thinking for a while: What can I blog about that would be catchy to people? I did my research and after a while I started to lose motivation. And there, it came to me! I will blog about motivation. Without motivation we aren't going to get anywhere in life. The key to success is patience. Nothing good comes easy! If everything in life happen easy, life would have been boring. There would be nothing to talk about. Notice how good, meaningful conversation are often about accomplishments, and no matter how lucky you are there is always a time when you had to work your ass off to get that done!   Besides patience you must be passionate about it. There is a quote I really like: Find what you love and let it kill you.  Here are a few steps to keep yourself going. 1) Always set a goal. Write it, post it, print it, stick it on you wall,  screen save it as your backgr

Well Hello there...

I have been away traveling a little and have been busy so I didn't get to blog for a while. But I'm back and would like to share my trip with you. I went to Scottsdale, Arizona, for spring training. In last two years this complicated game called Baseball grew on me and thanks to a few people with patience who explained it to me, I now love the game. Spring training was a lot of fun. It was my first time in Arizona and I love it! I thought Scottsdale was beautiful. It's a little spread out so a car is a must. Also, I would never go there during summer because of how hot it gets, so march was perfect. I will definitely will be planning to go back next spring training! For now I will be enjoying the actual season games! GO GIANTS!!!!!!! Here are a few pictures from my trip. The house I stayed at, the games and of course the cactuses!!!  Until next year Scottsdale <3 As Always,  Stay Classy My Friends!

Energy tips by Lala Koala

Ever feel like you need 3 cups of coffee just to get through a simple day at work/school? I do!  Recently I decided I will try to drink less coffee and try to find energy through consuming healthier products like fruits and veggies. Here are a few energy drinks you can consume without feeling guilty:  The first one is called yellow energy: 1-2 oranges, 1 piece of ginger, handful of pineapples. Add a little bot of ice and low-fat yogurt. I add flavored low-fat yogurt. Koala's energy flow: Handful of watermelon, 1 1/2 cups of blueberries, 1 apple, 2-4 strawberries, a handful of blueberries half of a tangerine. Again ice and low-fat yogurt, I used peach low-fat yogurt. Green Madness: Take the energy-packing power of leafy greens, greek yogurt, apples and bananas, and combine it with any other fruits you like, and you've got a wake-up call in a glass. Spinach and kale are favorites for green smoothies because their mild flavor is masked or even complemented by the fl

Summer body tips by Lala Koala

Summer is creeping up so quick. I can't believe it is already almost april! It feels like New Years Eve was just last week!!!! I have been doing a lot of research of different work outs and "diets". By diet, I don't mean just a month of diet. What I mean is changing a lifestyle and nutritional plan.  I'm the worst eater. I hate most of the veggies. I can literally name you veggies I will eat in 20 seconds. My list is that short. However, I have been forcing myself to learn to like new things. In order to do that, I cook them. I start with frying. Unfortunately the vegetable looses all the nutrients by that stage and becomes irrelevant for the diet, but that is how I get used to the new taste. For example: the other day my roommate gets home and says "You must try this fried cauliflower!!!" I said EW, cauliflower? I hate cauliflower. She goes on and says she hates it too but her friend forced her one time to try fried version and she loved i
